Welcome to the website of the Harvard Club of Thailand (HCT).
For more than 30 years the HCT has served as a central resource for the Harvard community in Thailand. The club began in the late 1970’s as the HBS Club of Thailand and then became an alumni club for all Harvard graduates and was officially registered in 1988.
The Club organizes numerous activities, including luncheons, lectures, dinner talks and cultural, educational and philanthropic events.
The last included a major fund-raising event in January 2005. The HCT participated with other Ivy League alumni associations in the organization of a charity concert which raised over Baht 1 million for the relief Tsunami victims in Southern Thailand.
Singing groups from Harvard such as the Krokodiloes and the Din & Tonics have performed at HCT events in the past.
Members of the Board of the HCT work as volunteers to make these events happen, and as a volunteer organization, we strive for a higher level of membership in and involvement with the Club. If you are not currently a Member, we urge you to consider joining the Club and to encourage your fellow Harvard graduates to do the same. A Lifetime Membership is available. Please go to Join the Club.
We look forward to seeing you at some of our events, which can be seen under Club Events.
